His business is properly insured for your protection, he is operating on Lake Lanier with the approval of The Army Corps of Engineers. He is licensed in Hall County for Business, and is a proud member of The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, Gainesville – Hall County Convention and visitors Bureau, and National Striper Bass Association. He is also a Notary Public. Safe: He is a member of U.S C.G. mandated random drug testing program, and holds CPR and First Aid training Cards. His vessel “Sunshine” has been inspected by a Certified Marine Surveyor and found to be safe and seaworthy within government specifications to carry paying passengers.
